A filling breakfast also helps reduce the feeling of 3 o’clock tiredness as the your body is less exhausted from working so hard.

An Alkaline breakfast, in my opinion, is one that is chock full of nutrients, living, full of healthy fats, and fiber.
How to make your breakfast more alkaline?
Whole raw plant foods high in water content, lots of minerals and vitamins, and very low sugar will almost always guarantee to boost your breakfast with lots of nutrients and help you feel better for it.
Here is a great way to make your breakfast more alkaline:
- Warm Porridge with butter, brown sugar, dried fruit, and milk -> Add green juice to enjoy beforehand or swap your rolled oats for quinoa flakes or buckwheat and enjoy it with raw sprouted nuts and seeds, MCT oil, organic virgin coconut oil or unsweetened coconut yogurt, stevia and plant milk.
- Toast with peanut butter -> try switching to sprouted grain bread or grain free gluten free bread and enjoy it with fresh avocado, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, sprouts, and udo’s 3-6-9 oil blend.
- Smoothie with fruit and full cream milk – try instead a smoothie with lots of green leafy veggies, healthy fats from avocado or organic virgin oils, plant-milk, and stevia.
- Cereal – for a grain free stevia sweetened homemade “cereal” made with sprouted nuts and seeds, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, ground Ceylon cinnamon, and stevia

- Low-Fat Yogurt with fruit – for unsweetened coconut yogurt topped with sprouted walnuts and sweetened slightly with stevia extract
- Pancakes with syrup and butter for – grain-free pancakes topped with coconut butter
- High fruit juices – for juices with lots of green veggies and low sugar fruits such as lemon or limes.
- Bacon and eggs – for a warm breakfast of sauteed mixed greens of kale, spinach, broccolini, peas, and asparagus in virgin organic coconut oil seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper topped with fresh slices of avocado and microgreens
